Made for The Scottish Shoppe by Mike's Meats in Medicine Hat. This haggis is featured at countless Burns Nights in Alberta.

Picking your size of haggis: A general rule of thumb is to allow about 4-8oz per serving. A 1.20lb haggis will feed about 2-4 people depending on the serving size.

Ingredients: Lamb Pluck, Lean Pork, Onions, Beef Suet, Rolled Oats, Lean Beef, Salt, Pepper, Spices. Allergens: Gluten, Mustard

Cooking Instructions - Steaming is recommended

Thaw Haggis

Preheat oven to 350F. Place haggis on enough foil to enclose it loosely and put it on a cooking tray or dish. Gather the foil, add 1/2" of water, and close the ends of the foil together. Place in the middle of the oven and heat for approximately 20 to 25 minutes (heating times may vary) per pound. If the haggis swells during cooking, pierce the skin to release steam.

To Serve: Address the haggis, cut the skin, scoop out the haggis, and enjoy!
