Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries within Calgary City Limits
We offer free delivery of orders valued at $30.00 or more and orders must be placed the day before the scheduled delivery date. An approximate delivery time will be communicated closer to the date for an order containing food, which must be received by someone at your address. Deliveries are made by quadrant:
- NE - Monday
- SE - Tuesday & Friday
- NW - Wednesday & Saturday
- SW - Thursday
Shipping
We regret to advise that shipping to the USA and its territories is suspended at this time.
During the Canada Post strike, we offer the following options:
- We will hold your order until the strike is over;
- a) Within Canada, we will find and advise you of the best courier rate available.
- b) International - DHL and FedEx both require the collection of duty for the destination country before they will accept parcels.
- In either case, we will invoice you for the difference between what you have paid and what is due. The invoice must be settled before the order will be released.
- The order can be cancelled for a full refund.
Under normal circumstances:
We use Canada Post for all shipments and they set the rates. All parcels within Canada are sent with tracking numbers for your protection and ours. We have no control over delivery times and refunds will not be given for late or delayed deliveries. If you are in a rush for your shipment, please contact us for alternatives.
Important information about international delivery standards
The information below is taken from the Canada Post website. The delivery periods are estimates: items can arrive sooner or later than expected.
Delivery standards are the expected transit time – in business days – from the day of deposit (day 0) to the day delivery was first attempted.
Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and depend on origin and destination. Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and available transportation.
Delivery standards exclude the day of mailing, weekends, statutory holidays, and time in customs.
We consider an item deposited on a weekend, statutory holiday, or after local cut-off times as being deposited on the following business day.
Please note: Business days and observed holidays may vary for international destinations. Depending on availability in select destinations, items may be delivered on a Saturday. Saturday doesn’t count as a business day for delivery standards.
Surface post takes 11-12 weeks to arrive and we cannot track the package(s).

Disclaimer
If a delivery option is chosen that does not correspond with the delivery address, we will issue an invoice for the difference in shipping. Once the difference is paid, the order will be shipped. Orders will not be refunded for incorrect shipping selections.
Returned/Refused Shipments
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or refusal, we will notify you and you will have the option to have the order re-sent (shipping costs apply) or request a refund. Refunds will exclude the original shipping fee.
