Deliveries
Calgary - We make regular deliveries within Calgary city limits, free of charge for purchases of $30.00 or more, including frozen food. Please ensure that someone is home on your delivery date to receive your order if it contains food products.
Calgary Deliveries are made by quadrant:
- NE - Monday
- NW - Wednesday & Saturday
- SE - Tuesday & Friday
- SW - Thursday
Up to 50km beyond Calgary City Limits - NO DELIVERIES AT THIS TIME
- Minimum order of $30.00 for free delivery to your door.
- All orders must be placed the day before the scheduled delivery date.
- Approximate delivery times will be communicated closer to the delivery date for orders that include food.
- If your order includes perishables, please be at your delivery address to accept it as we will not leave it.
- Must be a listed destination below to qualify.
Greater than 50km beyond Calgary city limits - NO DELIVERIES AT THIS TIME
- Minimum order of $30.00-$149.99 for delivery to your door with a $10.00 delivery fee.
- Orders of $150.00 or more will be delivered to your door for free.
- All orders must be placed the day before the scheduled delivery date.
- Approximate delivery times will be communicated closer to the delivery date for orders that include food.
- If your order includes perishables, please be at your delivery address to accept it as we will not leave it.
- Must be a listed destination below to qualify.
Shipping
We use Canada Post for all shipments and the rates are set by them. All parcels within Canada are sent with tracking numbers for the customer's protection and ours. We have no control over actual delivery times regardless of the method chosen. Refunds will not be given for late or delayed deliveries.
If you are in a rush for your shipment, please contact us and we can provide alternatives.

Important information about Parcel Services (U.S. and International) delivery standards
Delivery standards are the expected transit time – in business days – from the day of deposit (day 0) to the day delivery was first attempted.
Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and depend on origin and destination. Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and available transportation.
Delivery standards exclude the day of mailing, weekends, statutory holidays, and time in customs.
We consider an item deposited on a weekend, statutory holiday, or after local cut-off times as deposited on the following business day.
Please note: Business days and observed holidays may vary for U.S. and International destinations. Depending on availability in the U.S. or select destinations, items may be delivered on a Saturday. Saturday doesn’t count as a business day for delivery standards.

If a delivery option is chosen that does not correspond with the delivery address, we will issue an invoice for the difference in shipping. Once the difference is paid, the order will be shipped. Orders will not be refunded for incorrect shipping selections.
