Old fashioned boiling hams are unsmoked and uncooked. They are pieces of beautiful ham, no fat, skin or bone. We stock 2lb hams approximately, and are available to order in any weight from 2lb up to 5 lbs (Hams over 3 lbs are special order only, please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery). Once cooked they can be eaten hot or cold and sliced like any other ham. You won't find ham like this in any other retail store!
